Second Question

Here's everybody's second question for the day, this one isn't mandatory, though.

Does a person have to be important before they are considered assassinated instead of just plain murdered?

To be assassinated would require some form of funding to the assassin, which the target would have to hold some form of importance to the person targeting the target...make any sense?

Yes I would say that to be assassinated you would have to be important to that person to have funing put in it. Otherwise wouldnt it just be a randome murder or a serial murder with no financial funding??

no, i believe that an assasination can be to anyone at anytime regaurdless of their position in society. to be assasinated is to be killed without notice, or to assasinate is to kill without beign caught or noticed.

it has to do with how the murder happened. The person who wants the victim killed, cannot carry out the crime. They must have enlisted the help of another, and the killing is almost always done when the assassin is somewhere out of sight, sniping or such, or sneaks up on the victim. so yeah. stuff.
