Soooooooo. The baby octopi are all dead. Really, we saw this coming. We're not a professional laboratory and those little jerks were tiny. It was an impossible task, but a nice dream.
I fully believe that the babies deserve a funeral and the Septapus Keepers deserve some credit as well. Those babies lasted almost a week, which is probably more than any other soon-to-be mother will last. A WEEK!
On the other hand, maybe we can make Cthulhu eat now. LIVE, CTHULHU, LIVE!! While I certainly want to be able to look at a preserved septapus in a pickle jar, I think I'll take a live Cthulhu any day. It's just too bad that we had to get the pregnant cephalopod.
Errrmmm...

so sad for the dead ones -__- may they rest in peace! oh well.....i think we should try again if the octo lives!!!
Everybody needs to shake Kayla's hand and congratulate her on a noble attempt at baby-octopus preservation. She was a fine mother. Mother Nature, on the other hand, is a cruel mistress.....
If anyone needs additional confirmation we were doomed from the beginning:

Doomed from the beginnig? I disagre, somthing must have happened along the way not in the begining.
