This is Dalten here,
I dont have an account to post one so im on neds here.
Anyways overall this place is pretty cool.
We sleep in a homeless shelter though and that took alittle getting used to,
Washington DC in general is so screwed up its not even funny.
The place really really pisses me off.
I hate it here.
But thats just DC lol.
The people in the homeless shelter are awesome and nothing like the ones in spokane.
I like to think of it like this,
The people here are "Homeless" and the people in spokane are "Bums"
I mean there are a few "Bums" here but the majority of the people are nice and easy to get along with.
They have some truely awesome stories and are really cool to talk to.
Like its not what you think a homeless person would be like at all.
We have all of our stuff in a room and none of its even ended up missing.
Its really weird here,
there seems to be more black people in this one building then there is in all of washington.
I'm not saying that to be rascist or anything it's just the truth.
We've visited alot of really cool places like the lincoln memorial and the whitehouse.
but we have done our fair share of work too that is for sure.
The food here sucks (in the mall)
its not even funny.
All the fountain soda taste like friggen bleach and yeah whatever.
the traffic here is crazy too,
you cant go like 2 or 3 minutes without hearing a siren.
we've taken the subway everyday so far and that can be pretty weird at times lol.
Overall ive met some awesome people and seen some awesome things that I never thought I would.
Colby, Kyle and I have been refurbishing computers like crazy.
Neds been being Ned.
Chris has been well chris lol.
Chenoa has been taking pictures like crazy.
Colby been flirting with everything that walks,
well nevermind that flirting with EVERYTHING.
Chad almost got the flight attendants number,
(she was trying to give it to him??)
Kyle has been being kyle.
Jasmine is scared of elevators.
I have been scared to death,
Excited,
nervous and scared lol yeah...
anyways im out here so peace out people.
